A Sky iD – only one primary Sky iD can be created per household, and you only need the one to sign
into both Sky Player and Sky Mobile TV. You can create one in just a few clicks, or you may already have one if:
- You have used Sky Player/Sky Mobile TV before
- You have used Sky’s online services such as My Sky or Remote Record before
- You are a Sky Broadband customer (your Sky.com email address and the password you chose when you signed up.)

Sky TV account details – you’ll have to link your Sky iD to your Sky TV account so
that we can verify your subscription. you can do this with one of the following:
- Either your viewing card number (You can find your viewing card number by pressing ‘Services’ on your Sky remote, followed by ‘System Set Up’, then ‘System Details’)
- Or the last 6 digits from the credit card or bank account you pay your Sky bill with
